During the install if you receive a certificate failure error, please follow these steps:
1. Purchase a certificate specific to the server name for your environment.
2. Add it to the cert store on the server in question.
For example, UVexplorer Server is installed at server.uvexplorer.com:
Certificate setup:
If the certificate issue persists, then the 5189 port is blocked on the server in question.
