PRTG does not have the capability to export their device list to a CSV. There is a workaround for this with UVexplorer.
UVexplorer provides you with the ability to discover the PRTG devices on your network and export these devices as a CSV.
Here are the steps:
1. Connect UVexplorer to PRTG:
2. Enter the SNMP and other discovery credentials:

3. Run a discovery with the PRTG Group Import:

This pulls in the list of PRTG devices (without capturing all of the other devices on their network):

4. After the discovery, go to Reports. The discovery created a list of PRTG Devices:

5. Export these devices to a CSV:
